We enjoyed our stay in your Villa. Everything was just perfect. We loved the pool and the spa. The house is very spacious and cozy and it is very close to all the big attractions. If we ever go back to that area I will contact you.

Fantastic villa - everything you could think of was available. Everything clean and plenty of towels and spare bedding. One or 2 minor glitches that were quickly sorted following a quick email to the owners. Pool great and plenty of shade in the patio area - kids enjoyed the inflatables. Recommend this villa to families who want peace and quiet a little distance from the theme parks - theme parks easy to get to. Would love to return to the villa if we visit orlando again! |

I would like to express our pleasure with your home in Florida. We all had a great time whilst we were there and it was wonderful to have a pool to cool off in the evenings. It was great that the home was so well equipped as it made cooking that much easier.

We have arrived back in one piece, weather was a bit of shock. When we left florida it was in the 80 s so getting used to the snow is awful.
We just wanted to thank you for renting us your villa, it was a beautiful home and provided everything anyone could think of to have a great stay. We would definitely return in the future.

We thought Crescent lakes was a lovely quiet place not too far from everything. The Villa itself was lovely, we particularly liked the layout of the villa, it was larger than expected too! We had a slight problem with the t.v. due to an enormous storm, but there was someone repairing the satelite dish within 30 mins of us ringing. We liked the safe in the villa too, especially with leaving passports e.t.c. We would certainly come again in a few years time. Martine Payne |

We had a great stay in this very comfortable home. It was just far enough away from the buzz to escape at the end of the very busy days we spent at the parks. We loved having the pool which gave us something to do on our days off .
The house has everything you need for a family holiday in Orlando, well equipped, clean and easily accessible - I would recommend it and wish I was in that pool right now!! |

Thank you for your email and I m sorry we missed your call at the villa. We are back home now (unfortunately) and just wanted to let you know how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa. It was absolutely perfect for us, in a lovely quiet location and the facilities couldn t have been better. As you may know from your management company, we did decide to have the pool heated for the second week as it would have been such a shame not to have used it. This proved to be a really good decision and we had a couple of very relaxing days in the jacuzzi and pool on our days off from the parks. We were really sad to leave the villa as it really made our whole holiday, having such a lovely place to go back to everyday.
This was our first visit to Orlando (although we have been planning it for the last 10 years or so, when we thought the children would be at the right age) and it was a little daunting leaving the airport in the dark to try to find the villa on strange roads etc but it was lovely to arrive and find everything in the villa so welcoming. I don t know whether we will ever be able to return to Orlando but if we did, we would certainly like to stay in your villa again and would recommend it to anybody.
Unfortunately, we did have a little mishap with a tall drinking glass, which got broken but we did buy another set of 4 as a replacement - sorry about that.
Thank you again, very much - I had better get some sleep now as we have been awake since 7am Saturday morning.

we really had a very pleasant stay in Florida. I am very happy we chose your villa for our time in Orlando, as everything was just as described or even better. Our girls absolutely loved the kids room and all the toys provided.
Everything was in great condition and actually the only thing we did not like were the pool alarms and the terrible noise they made. But this was only a minor factor and I guess one has to accept such things as part of the American culture.
We d like to thank you for the truthful description of the estate, the mindful equipment of the house with all things necessary and the professional handling of the whole rental.

We ve been to Florida several times and normally stay in villas. So, we knew what to expect. However, I have to say that when we opened the front door to your villa, we were overwhelmed. It truly is a fantastic villa and it made our holiday. The facilities were superb and everything was maintained in tip top condition.
The pool area was outstanding and the spa pool was so welcoming after a long day in the Disney Parks.

We had a great holiday. The villa is in a lovely location - very peaceful, but not too far from all the attractions. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the large shaded lanai is excellent for al-frecso dining. Emily loved her colourful bedroom and all the stuffed animals to keep her company. Back to reality now and the English weather! |

We had a wonderful three weeks in the villa. It is a lovely place to relax in after a busy day in the parks, convenient for the supermarkets and all attractions. There is a new publix that opened whilst we were there on the 17/92 on the road to the I4. The food is nicer than at Walmart.You have a very comfortable home and it is really great to have access to the Internet and the phone. We did have a problem with the second bathroom but the management company came out the same day and sorted it out. We would return! |

My parents and I spent three amazing weeks in Florida this year at the end of March. Carol s house is absolutely faultless. Everything about it was perfect from the location (10 minutes from Disney and the many restaurants on Highway 192), to all of the facilities available within the house. This was my fifth time in Orlando and this was by far and away the best villa that we have stayed in and definitely the nicest pool. It is fantastic! I can t recommend this house highly enough! We ll definitely be going back!! |

Thank you for your email; I m sorry for the delay in responding but we re just getting back to UK life - not much fun and we miss the USA already!! I haven t checked our accounts but I pressume you found everything okay with the villa after we left and we are entitled to the return of our deposit?
The villa was absolutely superb. We couldn t find a single fault with anything, and everything had been thought of and provided in advance. I was particularly amazed at how many towels were provided! We were never short of anything. The neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly, well located and within easy reach of all the attractions we chose to visit. We spoke with your managing agent whilst we were out there, just to let him know one of the remote controls appeared to be missing on our arrival (but only so he d know we hadn t lost it!) and he was most kind and helpful too.
The communication from yourself and all of your advice added to it being an excellent, stress free trip, and I can t recommend Paradise Villas enough.

Had a great time, thanks. The villas beautiful and has been thoroughly missed by everyone since we got back - especially the super kingsize bed by my wife, its funny how a double bed looks so tiny when youve been in a super kingsize for three weeks. The pool was fantastic and a real bonus, somewhere to relax after a hard day at the parks, the only problem we had was trying to get the kids out the pool in the morning so we could go out. The location was great, nice and peaceful with all the parks, shops and restaurants just a few minutes away.
Overall it was a fantastic Holiday and being able to go back to somewhere as nice as your villa topped it off. Weve stayed in Hotels before when we went to Florida but it just doesnt compare really to all the space and facilities you get with a villa so im sure we ll be back...
Hope you had a good holiday as well. They just seem so long ago when youve been back a few weeks dont they! |

Hey Carol - We had a fabulous time in Florida. We absolutely loved your house there. It was perfect. My parents met us there and it was spacious enough for them and my husband, myself and our 2 boys. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. The boys LOVED the game room in the garage and the playstation 2. You had so many extras there. The strollers came in so handy. I really couldn't think of anything else I would have like to have. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. Thank you so much for calling to check on us too - that was a nice touch! |

Dear Carol, We had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed your house tremendously. It was clean, fully equipped and had everything we needed. The kids have recovered from the Disney overdose and so have we. We all fully enjoyed the great (whirl-)pool and games room, playstation, etc. etc. Besides all the obvious activities like Disney and Seaword, we went on the last "cooling-down"day for a horse-riding trip at the horse world riding stables about 5 miles from your home on Poinciana Bvd. We also went to the Amway Arena to see the Orlando Magic against the Detroit Pistons. Both are great activities we can recommend. Thank you again! |

Your home is very well kept and clean - we definately appreciate that! The pool was fabulous! We just couldn't get enough! We kept running out to go to the parks, but wished we would have more time just to stay in your home, sit at the pool, lounge in the entertainment room! Our home is quite small in comparison. We live in a one bedroom apartment. What an awesome way to spend a vacation!!! Thank you, thank you and thank you again, for making our vacation as wonderful as it was!!! |

Feb 4-17'07 - We cannot say enough about our stay at the Langleys Villa. Upon entering the villa we were thrilled to encounter everything we thought plus more..it's spacous, clean and inviting. Our family felt as if it was our "home away from home". The home is just far enough off the hustle-bustle of the Rte 192 resort area. The Cresent Lakes Development is quiet and monitered by security vehicles. The swimming pool/deck area was definately a plus. Our family enjoyed the pool and the spa immensely. The owners have gone to extra lengths to secure the pool area (esp for children) and the home. You can believe the pictures on the website. What are you waiting for? Pick this Villa!! |

We can’t say enough about your beautiful place, we will definitely be spreading the word to our friends and during our stay in Orlando we also never stopped talking about the Villa. You have a great website and that was what caught our attention; but to be honest – it never did it justice. Your home exceeded our expectations, we really enjoyed the mornings and evenings at the Villa and it was like we were at home. The kids really enjoyed the pool, spa and the games room was a big hit. Angie and I really enjoyed the idea of coming back to a home after a long day at Disney World. Thanks once again and we will be back sometime – hopefully sooner than later. |

We have had a brilliant christmas holiday and thought your home was fantastic. The photos on the internet didn't do it justice, and we would love to return in the future. We have been to Florida twice before and still feel we have hardly scratched the surface on things to do. (we didn't even make Disney this time). It was great having internet access as we could check the weather forcasts and theme parks out before planning the following days activities, and it was nice for the girls to chat to their friends on MSN. |

We had an excellent time at your villa. It was very well maintained and suprisingly much cleaner than other villas we have rented in Florida. Being partially a business trip the internet was a lifesaver. The pool was well heated and our 8 month son enjoyed swimming in the warm water. The well stocked house with baby supplies also came in very handy. Thank you for making our a stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one |

We found your home spacious and very well kept and also very clean it was like being in my own home. We travelled 2.900 miles whislt we were there. we went to miami and stayed a night in a hotel, but it was nothing compared to your home. We will consider renting your villa again in the future, we have been to florida 5 times in other villas but so far yours is the best. |

The location was perfect for all the usual attractions and also for our favourite places too. The villa was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. great size pool and spa just added to the fun;as we stopped off for a fewhot and hectic nights in new york enroute to florida,we had many days just chilling out by the pool then eating out in the evening .

Our trip was fantastic! We were there for our daughter's dance competition. It was very enjoyable and the studio did very well. But we enjoyed so many other things while we were there. Universal Studios, Disney water parks, Daytona beach, shopping, etc!!
Your house was outstanding. We were so pleased with it! It is very well maintained, very clean and comfortable. The beds are wonderful, we all slept so well! The decor is beautiful and the home is very well appointed.
Having the TV's with satellite & dvd in all bedrooms is terrific for the kids, no fighting over who watches what. The video game & computer are great as well, the teens were able to communicate with their friends via MSN Messenger. The parents thouroughly enjoyed the screened in patio/pool area and every one enjoyed the pool!
It was so relaxing to come back to your home after our busy days. We will definately recommend your home to everyone we know and look forward to visiting again. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. I made sure I signed the guest book. It seemed as though you thought of EVERYTHING, even down to the little things. Your home is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean!
We ended up spending quite a bit of time inside because of the weather. There was so much to do in the house that the children weren't bored when the rain had us trapped inside. They spent alot of time in the game room and also in the pool.
We did finally make it to a couple of parks later in the week. We all had a really nice vacation. We will definitely recommend your villa to our friends and family. And the next time we are in Florida we don't have to wonder about where our first choice to stay will be!

I used to stay in hotels in Orlando, but this is the first time when I really have a wonderful vacation, the house was beyond my expectation, extremely clean and filled with a lot of extras, the pool was spectacular, my kids had great times with all the inflatable stuff you keep to our use.
I will definitely recommend this Villa to all my friends. |

We have stayed in several villas in Florida over the years, and yours has been the best one ever - truly a home from home! It is a lovely spacious villa, with plenty of room for two families to have their own living space if they need it. The furnishings and equipment throughout the villa are top quality (right down to the luxurious bath towels!) and nothing has been left out. Free local and international calls (not used, but nice to know it is there if you need it), plenty of books and DVDs, Playstation 2, toys, multi-channel TV - I could go on all day! The full sized air hockey table was well used during our stay, as was the free internet enabled computer, but of course the pool was the star in the entertainment area.
The kids loved the fact that the spa usually got pretty warm by the end of the day, so would have a good splash around in the pool during the evening and then lounge in the spa for a while. The number of inflatables provided was great, and the sunbeds and chairs were very comfortable. The pool and patio area was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to lounge around comfortably.
The master bathroom was also very spacious and well appointed, and the massive walk-in shower makes our own home shower feel quite claustrophobic in comparison! The washing machine and dryer were very useful, and the big fridge/freezer and cooker were also used quite a bit (although I only made cookies in the latter!).
Finally, a couple of small but important points:- 1) We had no trouble with bugs at all during our stay - no ants or any other creepy crawlies were evident at all inside the villa (unlike some other places we have stayed in). 2) When a slight problem with the air conditioning became evident, Carol was straight onto it, and the problem was sorted out by the end of the same day - fantastic service!
We would have no hesitation at all in rebooking this villa when we return to Florida, and would happily recommend it to our friends and family too. Thanks for a great time in your lovely villa Carol and Rob, were really please we found you and youve got a permanent bookmark on our computer!

We had a great time, the villa was excellent and well placed for all the parks. It was also very relaxing in the swimming pool on the few days off we had.
My mum and I were also very impressed with the washing machine 10 mins a load!!!

The villa was very well equipped, can't think of anything that it needed, however the kitchen cupboards have a knack to them don't they? Perhaps some handles on the kitchen cupboards! The pool was wonderful and very well used, all the rooms were spacious and I particularly loved the walk in wardrobes - I want some at home now!
We enjoyed Florida so much that we stayed on for 5 more days at a Disney hotel (we knew there were people following us in so we didn't ask if we could stay at yours) and we'd love to come again in the future |

The house was very comfortable, had lots of extras which the kids enjoyed, namely the internet the play station games, and the games room. It was clean and had lots of space. We were very busy while doing all the parks and it nice to come back to a nice swim in the pool or laze around in the Jacuzzi. We took advantage of the kitchen for breakfast and supper on a few occasions, and overall I would definitely recommend this property to someone else who is looking for a spot in that area. Wave already forwarded the site to others. If we return to Florida in the near future, we will certainly look into this villa again. |

We had a wonderful time in Florida this past week. The Villa exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, appointments, space, and accessibility. We loved the pool and hot tub at the end of the day, it received a lot of use. The Villa was very accessible from Disney, and Orlando, yet set far enough back that there was no traffic noise, and was very peaceful at the end of a long day of walking. The kids loved the games in the rec room, and the PS2. I loved how clean the house was and how well kept up it is. It is truly a home away from home, and we will be back to use up the rest of our Disney tickets. I hope this house is available then. Thanks for such a memorable vacation. |

The villa is located in a nice quiet area and yet is only 10 minutes away from highway 192 where there are many places to eat and shop and from here it is only another 5 minutes to Disney. The villa has all the comforts of home and we found we wanted for nothing there is a good selection of family games available a PS2 and the most used item was the internet. The pool and spa are excellent and got plenty of use especially at the end of the day after all the walking. An added bonus was the free international calls, especially as one of our party was a family friend and could keep in touch with her parents as required (the last time we went to the US this facility was not available at the villa we stayed in). I would reccomend very highly this villa to anyone, it is a real home from home. |

We made good use of the large pool deck and pool toys, and the free internet access was ideal for both finding our way about and keeping in touch with the UK.
